Marianne O’Connor

Marianne joined MINT in November 2019 as a Customer Relationship Manager and operates from our Orlando office. Prior to joining the MINT team, she worked in the Flight Operations Department at FedEx Express for twenty-three years. During that time, she was an Administrative Assistant, did Professional Instructor Recruitment and was the help desk when at-home computer-based training first launched. She also spent 13 years using MINT as a Senior Flight Training Scheduler as well as an Adviser. In 2017 she led the FedEx team when they migrated from MINT version 7 to 12. Her free time is spent visiting her daughter at college, spending time with her rescue pets, or enjoying an outdoor activity.
