MINT Pro and Pro+ are two new editions of MINT TMS that have reduced levels of administrative power. As pure SaaS cloud-hosted solutions, these editions are ideal for smaller training organizations in all kinds of industries. These editions of MINT TMS are suitable for training departments that need an economical entry-level solution to start their transformation into digital training management. 

MINT Premium continues to be the renowned, all-in-one training management solution, used by more than 65 training organizations around the world. It provides the highest flexibility and allows full access to all of MINT’s digital training and qualification management tools.  The mission readiness that can be achieved with MINT Premium as the training operation’s centerpiece is crucial for civil and military aviation training departments, as well as other highly regulated industries.

MINT Pro and MINT Pro+ must be configured by MINT delivery experts, as limited admin access is available to users. For these two editions, the Starter and Advanced packages are the ideal solutions. MINT will configure the system following customer requirements and will also provide high-level end user training.  

For MINT Premium, the Enterprise delivery package is the right choice. MINT will provide implementation guidance and support, and the MINT core users (admins) on your side will get in-depth training to learn about all admin and configuration tools. This allows the highest level of independence from the vendor of the software and relieves you from any payed change requests for additional system configurations for many years to come.

All editions are typically delivered as SaaS (MINT hosted) option. A recurrent access fee is then paid, covering support, hosting and system updates/upgrades. The implementation fee covers the initial system setup, personnel training and consulting services. MINT can also be locally installed if required for your organization.
