Giancarlo Ramos

Giancarlo joined MINT in 2016 and has worked in various roles including project management, business development, and marketing. Through his time as project and account manager at MINT, he has gained valuable experience performing software implementations and serving the needs of our clients. As Head of Sales, he partners with companies interested in MINT TMS and serves as a trusted advisor, identifying business requirements and proposing solutions. His experience working at JetBlue Airways as an operational crew member and then MINT TMS user in their learning department makes him a valuable asset to our team.
