Clarence joined MINT in October 2024 as a Software Implementation Manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado. Prior to joining MINT, Clarence worked with an airline ground handling company and major airlines for more than 18 years, focusing on training operations for cabin crew, ramp, and customer service agents. During this time, Clarence assisted with implementing MINT TMS into daily training operations and qualification management. Clarence is dedicated to leveraging his extensive experience and passion for aviation to drive successful software implementations and enhance customer satisfaction at MINT. In his free time, Clarence enjoys traveling, volunteer work, and creative arts.
