MINT Software Systems announces the successful launch of MINT TMS for PlaneSense®, a premier fractional aircraft ownership operator. MINT is an industry leader in aviation Training Management Systems (TMS) and its SaaS solution allows PlaneSense to further modernize its record-keeping processes with a streamlined digital workflow for training records, qualifications, and compliance oversight.
MINT TMS is a web-based solution that helps aviation operators comply with regulations by simplifying every part of the training management cycle. In addition to qualification management, MINT TMS uses intelligent decision-making in its algorithm to forecast, plan, and optimize training schedules to cut costs, reduce labor, and better utilize instructors, classrooms, and flight simulator time. MINT TMS’s robust reporting allows training departments to analyze layers of data and uncover important trends to improve training performance. Electronic grading will enable instructors to evaluate training sessions from a tablet, offline, or online, removing the need for paper forms.
PlaneSense leverages the full suite of MINT TMS features, including workflows and the mobile app, with plans to integrate several of its internal systems for more efficient operations and fewer data redundancies. The service agreement includes MINT’s PRD add-on for a direct connection to the FAA Pilot Records Database and MS Exchange Calendar Sync add-on to synchronize training event schedules within its corporate workforce calendars.
“MINT TMS is uniquely flexible. It’s built to adapt to the specific training requirements of every customer, and for PlaneSense, that means scaling operations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance. It is a powerful step to modernize its training processes and improve oversight.”
