Tokyo, Japan / Kiel, Germany – February 2, 2026 – MINT Software Systems, a Comply365 company and global provider of digital training and resource management solutions, is pleased to announce that All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest airline, has selected MINT’s Training Management System (MINT TMS) as the HR solution supporting ANA’s digital transformation in the Maintenance & Engineering (M&E) division.
This agreement follows a series of detailed onsite workshops held with ANA’s Maintenance & Engineering and Digital Transformation teams in Tokyo, along with an initial executive visit to MINT’s headquarters in Kiel. These collaborative sessions created strong alignment and a shared vision for improving training efficiency, standardization, and data accuracy across the M&E organization. The acquisition of MINT by Comply365, a leading global provider of operational content, safety and training management solutions for the aviation, rail, defense and space industries, was announced in December 2025.
Modernizing ANA’s M&E HR Processes with MINT TMS
