This month, we celebrated Sebastian Gebhardt’s 20-year work anniversary. Sebastian began his journey with MINT as an apprentice, and look where he is today — at the helm of our Development Team, guiding us with expertise and vision toward innovation and success. Please join us in celebrating this milestone and expressing our appreciation for his incredible contributions.
MINT continues to grow, and it’s with great pride that we introduce the newest members of our expanding team. Giovanna Ramos, who recently completed her internship at MINT, joined our team as Business Developer. Daniel Alberto Blanco Baines, who has been with us before, joined us as Web Developer. Finally, Jan Maximilian Fiur and Milan Klein joined our apprenticeship program as IT Specialists for System Integration.

Our Kiel team recently gathered for some beachside bonding, and it was an absolute blast! Everyone brought along some delicious food to share at our beach buffet. And what’s a beach day without some fun and games? We even indulged in a thrilling round of “Wikinger Schach” right there on the sandy shores!
