“We are very proud to welcome Frontier Airlines to our international user community,” says Frank Vieira Hugger, Director Sales & Marketing at MINT Software Systems. “Frontier’s training experts have evaluated the available solutions on the market very carefully and have selected our innovative software as their new platform for the digitalization of their entire training operations.”

“The modern, scalable training management software MINT TMS will upgrade our training department into digital times,” says Brad Lambert, vice president of flight operations at Frontier Airlines. “We were looking for a contemporary qualification, training management solution to replace our legacy systems, and MINT TMS in combination with the service package offered by our new partners at MINT Software Systems was the correct choice,” he adds.

MINT TMS will allow Frontier’s training planners, instructors, and crews the “anytime, anywhere” access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials, and other training-related data. It simplifies and optimizes instructor schedules, classroom distribution, student allocation, and the planning and optimization of flight simulator assignments.

The agreement with Frontier Airlines includes the MINT hosted (SaaS) MINT TMS Premium Edition for training planning, records management, e-grading, in-depth reporting, and performance analysis capabilities, as well as the integration to various IT systems including the crew rostering system used by the airline. .
