Development

Our Development team is responsible for improvements to the MINT TMS software, building required features, and managing any changes to the system. MINT uses an agile software development process based on SCRUM methodology in developing quality software. 

IT Operations

Our IT Operations team handles reliability, performance, and maintenance of the infrastructure and operational environments that support a successful MINT TMS deployment to our customers.

Customer Service Excellence

Our Customer Service Excellence team oversees the relationships with all of our clients. They are responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients and performing trainings/workshops. They also address customer questions and concerns regarding the company’s products and services, as well as troubleshooting any technical problems.

Sales & Marketing

Our Sales & Marketing team is promoting our flagship product, MINT TMS, to potential customers. They are responsible for product demonstrations, organization of events and conferences, managing all social media channels, publishing news to the press, creating our customer newsletters and many other tasks.

We’re a global company with customers all around the world and offices in Kiel, Germany; Orlando; and the United Arab Emirates. We also have partners in Colombia and Ukraine. For many of the positions at MINT, traveling to exciting locations is just another day at the office.

Flexible schedule

MINT employees have a very flexible schedule. Depending on the department you’re in, working from home for a couple days per week might be possible, or you could adjust your daily hours to accommodate your schedule.
