Technical Support Operations

Our Technical Support Operations team is responsible for answering incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and addressing their questions and concerns regarding the company’s products and services, as well as troubleshooting any technical problems they may have and performing system updates and add-on configuration.


Our Development team is responsible for improvements to the MINT TMS software, building required features, and managing any changes to the system. MINT uses an agile software development process based on SCRUM methodology in developing quality software. 

IT Operations

Our IT Operations team handles reliability, performance, and maintenance of the infrastructure and operational environments that support a successful MINT TMS deployment to our customers.


Customer Service Excellence

Our Customer Service Excellence oversees the relationships with all of our clients. They are responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients by acquiring a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and requirements, and performing trainings, workshops and project management.

Sales & Marketing

Our Sales & Marketing team is promoting our flagship product, MINT TMS, to potential customers. They are responsible for product demonstrations, organization of events and conferences, managing all social media channels, publishing news to the press, creating our customer newsletters and many other tasks.

MINT employees have a very flexible schedule. Depending on the department you’re in, working from home for a couple days per week might be possible, or you could adjust your daily hours to accommodate your schedule.
