Announcing Jira Service Desk Downtime

Dear MINT Administrators,

We would like to notify you that we will be migrating our Jira service desk and Confluence Wiki services to Atlassian’s Cloud service starting 12:00 PM EDST (17:00 UTC) on Friday, July 19, 2019. There are a few important changes being made as a result of this migration that you need to be aware of:

  • We are anticipating Jira and Confluence services will be unavailable from the start time until 3:00 AM EDST (8:00 AM UTC) Monday, July 22, 2019. During that time, please send any service requests or issues directly to our support email address – support@media-interactive.de – in ticket form. The Support team will be actively monitoring this inbox to address any critical outages. When the system is back up and running all tickets and comments sent via email will be received and generated by the Jira service desk.
  • Your login will no longer be based off of a username but instead will use the email address associated with your account.
  • The URL for Jira service desk will change from https://support.mint-online.com to https://mint-support.atlassian.net but can still be accessed using the original URL.
  • The URL for our Customer Knowledge Base (wiki) will change from https://wiki.mint-online.com to https://mint-support.atlassian.net/wiki but can still be accessed using the original URL.
