Juan Gomez

Juan joined MINT in 2018 and brings more than 10 years of aviation experience — including hands-on work as a MINT user — to every project he leads. With a background in industrial engineering and time spent in Avianca’s flight training department, he understands both the operational and business sides of training management. Known for his dedication and attention to detail, Juan has successfully guided several of MINT’s largest implementations from start to finish, always ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
