Jira Service Desk and Confluence Wiki migration complete

Dear MINT Administrators,

The Jira Service Desk and Confluence Wiki services migration to Atlassian’s Cloud service has been completed. There are some changes to be aware of:

The new URL for the Customer Knowledge Base is https://mint-support.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CKB/overview/instead of https://mint-support.atlassian.net/wiki but can still be accessed using the original URL https://wiki.mint-online.com.
You will be required to reset your password on first login.
The Customer Knowledge Base can now be accessed from the service desk customer portal.
